闫燕

一、个人简介

 闫燕,女,(1985.10-),管理学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,云鼎国际4118welcome第六党支部书记。发表学术论文20余篇,其中CSSCI期刊论文6篇,核心期刊论文2篇,SCI期刊论文1篇,国际期刊论文5篇。主持或参与国家级课题2项,省部级项目5项,校级课题6项。主要教授课程:市场调研(全英语)、消费者行为学(全英文)、微观经济学(引进)、消费者行为学、人力资源管理等课程。

Brief Portfolio


1. Introduction

YAN Yan, PhD., associate professor of the School of Business. She teaches courses “Consumer Behavior”, “Microeconomics”, “Human Resource Management”, and “Marketing Research”. Her research interests are organizational behavior, industrial relations, human resource management, innovation management.


She has published over 20 papers indexed in SCI, CSSCI by April 2023, undertook nearly 10 research subjects including The Ministry of education of Humanities and Social Science project and Shanghai Philosophy and Social Sciences Project, published 2 textbooks. She has won several awards in Shanghai Teaching Competition, Teaching Achievements Award of Shanghai Dianji University.
